This hotfix resolves an issue with the new connected app security enhancements related to token refreshing. Due to a logic error in cache handling, token refreshes caused a loop that resulted in a Login Rate Exceeded error with Salesforce. This has now be fixed to caching properly handles the new token refresh requirements. We are continuing our elevated monitoring as a precaution. At this time, no custom actions are required.
